This Belgian rectangular bronze medal was struck c1964 & is by Leon Muller. The obverse depicts a modernist building flying four flags with other scenery to the right. The words "Centre Joseph Leclerco" is stamped above the depiction of the building and down the left hand side and along the bottom are the words "Association l'Egeoise d'Electricite". It is signed "Leon Muller"
On the reverse are the initials "ALE" and "En homage a Lambert Dalmans 1939 - 1964."
